1) Assistant General Manager/副总经理

Place: Nanjing / 南京
Number of positions required : 1 / 1名

Responsibility:

·Manage the subsidiary in close collaboration with the general manger (recruitment of the new staff, daily management…) / 协助总经理管理公司事务（包括招募新员工、日常事务管理...）

Communicate and report to the Headquarter in France / 与法国总部保持沟通，汇报

·Responsible of the commercial development in China and in South East Asia / 负责中国和东南亚地区的商业发展工作

·Animate the distribution network (manage the relationship with the distributors, ·provide commercial support to our distributors) / 促进分销网（管理分销商、给各分销商提供商业支持）

·Promote IGE+XAO products to the customers all around China (demonstrations, exhibitions…) / 保证IGE+XAO公司产品在整个中国的销售 （演示、展会...）

·provide technical advices to the customers / 给客户提供技术咨询

·Understand the customers needs / 了解客户的需求

··identify competitors products advantages and defaults / 清楚竞争对手产品的优势和劣势

··make specifications to the programmers and/or electrical engineers to improve the product quality / 制定规范的程序让电气工程师能够提高产品质量

Requirements:

at least 3 years working experience as software sales (better experience in CATIA, UG, ProE, SOLIDWORKS, CAD, PDM software ) / 至少3年的 软件销售经验 （最好有CATA 、UG、ProE、SOLIDWORKS、CAD、PDM sofewared工作经验）

Fluent English / 流利的英语口语

·Good computer skills / 良好的计算机水平

·Strong communication and inter-personal skills / 良好的语言沟通及人际技巧

2) Technical-commercial engineer / 销售工程师
Place: Nanjing/ 南京
Number of positions required : 1 / 1 名

Responsibility:
·Develop the commercial activity of IGE+XAO Group in China / 发展IGE+XAO在中国的销售活动
·Promote IGE+XAO products to the customers all around China (demonstrations, exhibitions…) / 保证IGE+XAO产品在中国的销售
·Provide technical advices and solutions to the customers / 给客户提供技术咨询和解决方案
·Provide commercial support to our distributors / 给各个代理商提供商业支持
·Improve product quality in collaboration with the programming and/or technical team : 和技术团队一起提高产品质量

·Good computer skills, familiar with AutoCAD or other CAD/CAM software / 良好的计算机水平，熟悉AUTOCAD或者其他CAD/CAM软件
·Good understanding of English is mandatory / 必须具有良好的英语水平
·Be able to work independently and proactively with team work spirit / 能够独立完成工作 ，并且能积极主动与团队合作
·working experience in the electrical/electrotechnics field is an advantage / 有电气领域的工作经验者优先

·Provide technical assistance to the customers / 给客户提供技术援助
·Train customers to IGE XAO different softwares / 给客户培训IGE+XAO软件
·Adapt the products to the Chinese market (norms, references databases…) / 使产品符合中国的市场（规范、完善数据库）
·Improve product quality in collaboration with the programming team / 和技术团队一起提高产品质量

Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electrical Engineering or related / 电气工程相关专业本科或者本科以上学历
·working experience in the electrical/electrotechnics field is preferred / 具有三年以上电气领域工作经验
·Good computer skills, familiar with AutoCAD or others CAD/CAM softwares / 良好的计算机水平，熟悉AUTOCAD或者其他CAD/CAM软件
·Fluent English / 流利的英语口语
